Lincoln High School Swim Team
Lincoln High School is located in Tallahassee, Florida. Established in 1971. The Mascot is the Trojan and our school colors are green and gold. The Swim Team is FHSAA Class 3A, Region 1, District 2.

Juan Sequera, Head Coach for Club Seminole and is also continuing his swimming career with the FSU Swimming Team. Juan swam for Florida State University, competing in 200/400 IM and 200 Breaststroke. During his time in college he competed in the ACC and NCAA Championship Meets and holds the FSU Record for the 400IM (3:45.83). He was also the ACC's Rookie of the Year during the 2011-12 season. He was a member of the Venezuelan National Team where he holds the National Record in the 400m IM (4:29.36)...was also a member of the Venezuelan Youth National Team where he attended the 2010 Singapore Youth Olympics and the 2011 Peru Swimming Youth World Championships. He was listed as the 8th best recruit in Florida by collegeswimming.com out of high school and was the 2009 FHSAA state champion in the 100 fly and is a four-time All-American.
